Approach to Design
As a full service architecture and urban design firm, we provide design, construction and permit drawings, and construction administration. We base our design decisions upon the timeless principles of Classical and Traditional Architecture and Traditional Urban Design, the latter also known as New Urbanism. We provide the architectural drawings and can walk owners through the public approval process. We spend time on-site, giving guidance and inspiration to the contractor and ensuring high quality construction. We are licensed in Florida and are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, facilitating reciprocity among states.
Architecture
We design and build many building types including civic, commercial, mixed-use and residential. Our architecture is modern and innovative while being strongly rooted in classical principles.
Urban Design
We create walkable, mixed-use and beautiful urban places, using the traditional neighborhood as our building block. We offer all levels of investment from the scale of city and town down to the building.
